InnerStrength of Bayside runs a 50 minute Mums and Bubs mat Pilates class, suitable from 6 weeks after giving birth up until your baby is crawling. This class will help you regain strength and tone in a safe and fun environment to help you deal with the demands of being a new Mum. The exercises are designed to include your baby and we always incorporate some tummy time. Whilst no assessment is required prior to this class, it is recommended you have a Clinical Pilates assessment with one of our Physios if you are experiencing any pain or suffer from any musculoskeletal injuries.
Our classes run on a Tuesdays and Fridays at 11.30am.
Please remember to bring a muslin or towel for your baby.
