This class will help you regain strength and tone to help you deal with the demands of being a new Mum. The exercises are designed to include your baby and we will also incorporate some tummy time.
All you need is you and your baby (but don’t worry if they are sleeping!). Caitlin will also give you some options to use small weights, but this is purely optional. Keep a folded towel nearby.
This class is suitable from 6 weeks after giving birth once you have been given the OK from your doctor to exercise. The exercises are designed to be pain free, so please do not continue if you feel any discomfort.
