Our Physio-led HIIT (high intensity interval training) group session is made up of short intense bursts of reformer exercises followed by a less intense core exercise. These dynamic and energetic HIIT group sessions are run by a Physiotherapist, performed on our state of the art reformer beds and use some exercises derived from Pilates. Our Physios deliver individualised exercise programs within an evidenced-based therapeutic framework. This fun class will complement your Group Physio Exercise and other fitness routines or sports.

As we all know, free time is often a limiting factor when it comes to achieving the recommended 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week.  So why not achieve the same health goals in a reduced time?

To ensure you get the most out of your HIIT group session, a 30 minute assessment with one of our Physiotherapists is required prior to attending your first class.
