InnerStrength turns 4! By Lara Syme

 It’s our 4th birthday! Can you remember turning four ? The world was such a wondrous place, full of possibility. Well, Luci and I get to feel that way all over again as our InnerStrength baby thrives for another year.

Like all thriving 4 year olds InnerStrength is developing new interests and growing. Our business has been nourished by the community it is surrounded by. As a Physio, I have always felt that there is no bigger compliment then when a patient refers a family member or friend to see me. Word of mouth referrals grow and sustain our clinic – thank you!

Our new HIIT classes (High Intensity Interval Training) start this month. Our Mums and Bubs classes are proving popular. And I feel like a proud mother as I watch the scope of our clinic diversify, grow and refine.

We have enjoyed becoming part of the Cheltenham community. Supporting our beloved Mentone Hockey Club. It is such an honor to watch and support our patients as they recover, rehabilitate and strengthen every day.
