InnerStrength of Bayside’s exercise studio is well equipped with reformer beds, a trapeze table, dumbbells, kettle pilates photobells, swiss balls, an exercise bike and other small equipment to provide the optimum environment for physio-led exercise rehabilitation (also known as Clinical Pilates), strength and balance work. We also have equipment to help pre natal women exercise comfortably throughout their pregnancy.

Our Physios deliver individualised exercise programs within an evidenced-based therapeutic framework and all sessions may be claimable under Physiotherapy with private health insurance funds. These Physio-led exercise programs draw on Clinical Pilates principles and may include exercises delivered on Clinical Pilates equipment.
