spiky ball

Sore upper back? Sore feet? Have you ever used a spikey ball to massage these areas? They only cost $12 and are a great way to self massage!

Roll your foot over it whilst sitting or standing to release cramping or tired and sore feet. Also place the ball to the side of your spine between your shoulder blades whilst leaning against the wall and roll up and down and massage out those tight areas.
