About Kelly Gailis
Kelly Gailis graduated from the University of South Australia in 1999. She has completed Pilates training with DMA (levels 1-4) as well as Polestar Pilates (rehabilitation) and has a special interest in women’s health, Clinical Pilates (physio-led exercise), general musculoskeletal and sports injuries, dry needling and exercise based rehabilitation. Kelly enjoys travelling and spent two years working as a Physiotherapist/ Pilates Instructor in the UK. She also worked as a Physiotherapist for the Australian Defence Force for 16 years. Kelly regularly volunteers at Maneki Neko Cat Rescue and Sunny Days Rescue and Rehab, and enjoys keeping fit by doing Bikram yoga and Pilates.
